1. Nature of Products All products sold on House of Breads are sourced from registered food manufacturers and vendors. Our offerings include breads, cookies, toffees, coffee, and baking products, Beverages, Gift hampers, Baking essentials, bakery items, organic & health products
2. Food Quality & Safety — Manufacturer's Responsibility As a vendor-based marketplace, House of Breads acts as a reseller/distributor. The quality, safety, ingredients, allergens, shelf life, and manufacturing standards of all food products are the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer or producer. We ensure all our vendor partners comply with applicable food safety regulations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI), but we are not liable for any manufacturing defects, contamination, or quality issues arising from the production process.
3. Consumer Rights & Right to Information As a consumer, you are entitled to the following rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India):
- Right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard, and price of goods
- Right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices
- Right to file a complaint if goods are defective or services are deficient

5. Limitation of Liability House of Breads shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products sold on our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [your city], India.
