1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver 20 km radius range in calicut city . Availability may vary by pincode. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.
2. Processing Time All orders are processed within same or 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Calicut City with in 20 KM : 1–3 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

5. Packaging All food products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. Perishable items are packed with appropriate insulation where required.
